However, no farmer can operate all of those enterprises on their own, and good farm workers are often hard to find. On the other hand, many skilled new farmers who want to start a farm business don’t have access to land.
Share Farming Partnerships provide land access for new farmers, and reliable farm operators with skin in the game for land owners. But the process of getting there is not always straight forward:

I am starting an agroforestry poultry operation in Rønnebæk 🇩🇰 with multiple levels of income streams from scratch. I will be documenting and sharing the whole process, incl. building infrastructure, planting trees, doing sales, working out the finances, daily processes, blood, sweat and tears.
